For posted vouchers, orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same working day, please note that delivery times throughout December are considerably longer and we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

A hard copy of the voucher must be presented, e-mails or photocopies will not be accepted.
Please keep your gift voucher safe. If your voucher is lost, stolen or damaged it will not be replaced.
