Made at the Cropwell Bishop Creamery in Nottinghamshire this
is one of Britain’s greatest cheeses. A rich, tangy blue cheese that melts in the mouth (v)

Brie de Meaux AOP
Known as the “King of Cheeses” in France, protected by French Law this cheese must be made with raw milk and calves rennet in the Île-de-France region east of Paris. The cheese has a distinct earthy flavour with strong notes of mushroom and a hint of nuts.

Harrogate Blue
A gentle blue cow’s milk cheese with a golden body laced with a
