This triple British Award Winning semi-hard cheese is made from pasteurised cows milk, has a creamy, sweet, nutty taste and is aged for 6 months.
This cheese is soft, rich and creamy, made from unpasteurized cow’s milk. Produced in Berkshire on the Duke of Wellington Estate by Ann Wigmore. This cheese is suitable for vegetarians.
Yorkshire Blue
Made from 100% Yorkshire cow’s milk, this is a mild, soft and creamy blue veined cheese. The traditional recipe has been developed to give the cheese a unique buttery, yet sweet flavour, with no sharp bite. Carefully hand turned weekly during maturity, gives this unique veining and creamy smooth texture.
Quickes Goat Cheese
Renowned makers Quickes drew on their cheddar-making experience for this goats’ cheese, created with the help of Val Bines, who offered her expert advice to Mary and the team over many years. The cheese is matured for 6-7months, pasteurised and vegetarian friendly.
